CHRIS HODGES

Chris is an accomplished session drummer, recording two studio albums with his own bands as well as touring supporting Ellie Goulding. He set up The Rhythm Studio in 2009  and continues to teach drums as well as overseeing the running of the school. In 2011 Chris founded The Rhythm Studio Foundation with the aim of widening access to the musical opportunities at the school.

CAROLINE CAREY

Caroline has a background in fundraising for the arts and children’s charities, including the Young Vic theatre, the London Symphony Orchestra and children’s mental health charity Place2Be. She strongly believes that opportunities in music should be accessible for all and not just those able to afford it. 

STEPHEN JENKINSStephen is the Founder & MD of Too Many Dreams, a strategic marketing, content and communications agency for creative and technology companies. He previously spent 13 years in the music industry, working for a variety of record labels, including EMI, Virgin, Wall of Sound and [PIAS] Entertainment. He is an avid record collector, former DJ and a bad golfer. He is also proficient at speaking about himself in the third person.

ELISA TOVAZZI

My background is legal-entrepreneurial with experience in the administrative and legal management of companies both in the Italian and British context. I have a Master Practitioner Certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which allowed me to develop skills in the psychological field and work in Human Resources Management. I love working with people and I use my PR skills to foster good and lasting professional and personal relationships. I am a mum of two punk rock boys who love music and thanks to The Rhythm Studio they have found an amazing, professional and supportive place where they can improve as musicians and as young men.

JIM KANDUNIASJim is a partner of a private investment firm that mainly serves charitable and non-profit institutions. He’s also a trustee of the firm’s foundation. Jim started playing the guitar as a teenager and readily admits to an obsession with the blues, Southern rock, guitar-based jazz, and extended guitar solos. He believes that all children can benefit from music, allowing them to learn valuable lifelong skills while having lots of fun along the way.

ALEJANDRA LOZANO

Alejandra is an ex RSF scholarship student from 2017 till 2020. She took part in the part-time Level 2 and 3 production and business certificate as well as vocal and piano lessons. Providing her an open door to her keen interest in film music and learning a lot of skills along the way. She believes that music can be a great way to help people of all ages that may be going through mental health struggles. She has now graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Psychology and will now work as an Occupational Therapy tech in Cardiff.
