The awards celebrate the extraordinary contribution made by professionals, schools, companies, charities and other organisations to the lives of others through the medium of these two key performing arts. Thank you for having us!
We are delighted to announce that the newly launched Ed Sheeran Foundation has chosen to fund The Rhythm Studio Foundation’s award-winning Primary Schools Workshop Programme for the next three years. This vital support will help us expand access to music education for 1,800 children in some of West London's most disadvantaged areas.

The Rhythm Studio returns to Camden Assembly tonight to celebrate the release of three new singles on the RS Recordings label. Our line up of three young artists, Single Workers, Onirique and Positive_Con, are all 2024 graduates from The Rhythm Studio’s sixth form.
The Rhythm Studio Foundation had another successful run of school workshops last term, with over 200 local state primary pupils attending our award-winning classes.
This calendar year has been full of excitement, from unforgettable gigs at Bush Hall and Pizza Express Live, to outdoor shows at Queens Park Day and Parsons Green Fair, via masterclasses with the likes of David Arnold and Harry Judd, and even a visit to the studios from Ed Sheeran himself. It has certainly been a year to remember!
It was lovely to be back with CW+ Charity for their Great Big Thank You Week, which celebrated the incredible contributions of the staff and volunteers. Our sixth formers showcased a few festive songs in the hospital's performance space while our tutors Sean and Ida visited young patients on the wards.
Another fantastic Gig Week at the studio, we had over 200 students showcase what they’ve been learning this term! Twice a year we invite in family and friends to the studio to watch a week of performances, it’s great opportunity to perform to a lovely audience, meet other families and get inspired by other students.
We’re so excited to announce Hollie Cook as our new patron for The Rhythm Studio Foundation.
Hollie has been supporting us for many years, performing at our Bright Futures Fundraiser, on our industry panel for Futures Sounds and joining us for our Sixth Form Masterclasses!

We had so much fun welcoming McFly drummer Harry Judd to The Rhythm Studio for an amazing masterclass.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Andy Stott, Head of Popular Music at RNCM - Royal Northern College of Music, to introduce our students to RNCM and their brilliant music courses. Andy told us about the unique flexibility they offer at the Conservatoire, and even gave precious feedback to some of our students who got on stage and performed for him.
She’s Got Brass: We had loads of fun with Anna and Hannah from She’s Got Brass! They joined us for Career Development Week to tell us about their unique all-female brass ensemble, and their exciting experiences playing massive festival stages, being DIY artists, and everything in between. They also helped us reflect on the power of perseverance and what it takes to take up space in a male-dominated industry.
Industry panel: Another highlight from our Career Development Week, we hosted a superstar music industry panel with Seb Juviler from Forever Audio, Joel Peters from Three six zero and Javier from 5dB. We had the pleasure of re-discovering what their businesses are all about, and to talk in depth about the ever-changing direction of our journeys as musicians, injecting new ideas into the way we think about our careers.
It was such a pleasure to host a workshop with Jeremy Scott from Charmfactory as part of our sixth formers Career Development Week 2024. Jeremy, whose own music journey started in rock bands touring with Pantera as a 16 year-old, through to stints as head of marketing at Universal Records and Jamie Oliver, provided students with a practical toolkit for life as an independent artist. From releasing your music, to building a fanbase, developing revenue streams and protecting your IP, Jeremy covered all bases to set our students off on the right path.
Lovely to welcome back our wonderful RS Alumni to kick off our Career Development Week activities! Chase, Myla, Nicola, and Rudy joined us to share what they have been up to since leaving The Rhythm Studio, giving us useful pointers on life after college and the steps they took to jumpstart their inspiring careers in the industry.
Great to welcome back Awate to the Rhythm Studio for another brilliant masterclass! Awate gave our sixth formers an empowering talk on his journey through the UK hip-hop scene, the true meaning of going the extra mile, and the incredible possibilities of mixing different art forms.
Liza Williams aka Elba Rose came to visit our sixth formers today for a masterclass on everything DIY for artists: she told us about digital promotion, content cadence, visual and sonic identity, and shared plenty of ideas for strategising music releases.
We had the honour of welcoming jazz musician extraordinaire and Trinity Laban lecturer Liam Noble for our first Masterclass of the year!
Another great year at Queen’s Park Day! With wonderful weather and a fully solar-powered stage the conditions couldn’t have been more perfect for our day filled with music at Queens Park Day 2024.

Our sixth formers finished their year with a visit to 180 Studios for the multimedia exhibition “Vinyl Factory Reverb”. This was an amazing opportunity to immerse ourselves in the world of art, music, live performance, and film, getting inspired by the gallery’s audio-visual installations and sonic experiences.
It’s an RS student takeover for the brand new Rockschool Guitar, Bass and Drum grade books! The Rhythm Studio is a proud RSL Champion Centre and we we’re very lucky to have our students be invited to been the new cover stars of the latest grade books!
We are thrilled to announce that The Rhythm Studio will be launching Musical Theatre classes this coming September.
Great to welcome live electronic music director Tom Cane for a special masterclass this week - he taught our sixth formers everything about creating backing tracks for live sets, and to how to make the most out of their electronic live setup.
The Rhythm Studio sixth formers were treated to a visit from internationally acclaimed pop artist Pixie Lott. Pixie, who is celebrating the release of her fourth studio album Encino, performed an intimate 4 song set for the students, then spent time taking questions and sharing insights with the students about her experiences as a singer, songwriter, actress and TV personality.
