Piano Lessons

Piano students at The Rhythm Studio develop a solid foundation through a combination of technical study and work on their favourite songs. Students develop good listening skills, pitch recognition, as well as the the ability to play in time and recognise musical form. Many piano students combine their lessons with vocal tuition, allowing them to develop solo performance skills.

Accomplished pianists form bands with friends and perform at regular gigs, while taking private lessons to focus on genre-specific techniques, harmony, theory and composition work. Music Production courses are popular with piano students who wish to learn to produce their own songs, and during school holidays piano students get onstage with bands at Rock & Roll Boot Camp.
