We're so excited to have RS Recordings band CYNICS releasing their second EP 'Restless In Comfort'. The EP expresses the internal struggle of dealing with mixed emotions of distress and anger, as well as the difficulty of being shunned by others when trying to ask for help because you seem fine.

The Rhythm Studio Foundation - Trustee Recruitment
We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a number of volunteers to join the Board of Trustees at The Rhythm Studio Foundation. We have 3 positions to fill – two Trustees (one with a Finance responsibility) and a Young Person Trustee aged 18-25.

“I founded The Rhythm Studio Foundation back in 2011 to help children of all backgrounds access music opportunities in North Kensington. I am enormously proud of our achievements in allowing so many young people to take part in music classes and workshops over the last 10 years. None of that would have been possible without our exceptional team of trustees who provide us with the benefit of their experience, insight, energy and ideas.
We are now recruiting trustees who share the same passion to help young people experience the joy of music-making and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.

Being a trustee involves:
· Using your insight and experience, be part of a team to oversee the charity’s decisions to help us achieve our goals and ambitions.
· Contribute to strategic thinking and planning particularly regarding future direction e.g fundraising and projects/partnerships
· Act as an ambassador for the charity.
· Attend four board meetings each year (currently via Zoom) plus project visits, events and other meetings as and when required.
Bands are back! Rock Classics theme for Summer Term
We are delighted to be reopening our studios for in-person lessons this Monday. It is especially exciting to get our bands back in the rehearsal studio after many months honing their skills at home.

If you would like to try out for a new band, now is the time to let us know. Our Academy and Junior Bands will be taking on a Rock Classics theme this term; you can follow the Spotify Playlist here. We also can’t wait to get our students back onstage this Summer with Gig Week scheduled for 5th - 11th July.
