the compozers - MASTERCLASS AT ROYAL ALBERT HALL

We are very lucky to have been invited to a masterclass with Compozers in the Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday 31st October. At the event, we will see the band perform live, learn about their career and we will have the opportunity to play some of our songs to them and to get feedback on our compositions.

Time: 12.45pm-3pm
Travel for Class 1R, 2R and 2S: you will be in attendance at The Rhythm Studio on the morning of Tuesday 31st October and will travel with tutors to Royal Albert Hall. Students should remember to bring their Zip Cards to ensure they can travel free of charge by bus to the venue.
Travel for Class 1S: you do not usually have classes on Tuesdays, as a result you should travel directly to Royal Albert Hall to meet us at 12.45pm outside the main entrance.

At the event, you can perform a song as a band / solo artist / duo, or you can play one of the tracks that you have produced.
All songs must be originals, as we are being given the opportunity to get feedback on our compositions.
Your song should be a 3-4 minute track (approx).
As many students are likely to be interested in this opportunity, each student can put themselves forward once, i.e. to perform something or play a track that they have produced.
If you plan to play a track you have produced, or you plan to perform to a backing track, you must provide this track in MP3 or WAV format in advance via a download link below or via email to Marco.
In the event that we have too many submissions, we will allocate a balance of bands, solo artists and producers on a first come, first serve basis.
Royal Albert Hall will be providing a full-backline equipment for the event (drums, amps, PA, mics etc), but it is essential that you provide your full technical requirements via the form below to make the event a success.

Technical Specification

We need to know every piece of equipment you need for your song - e.g. number of vocal mics, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, piano, guitar pedals, loop pedals, percussion, backing tracks etc... If you are playing a track you have produced, inform us and ensure you send the track in advance as we will ensure all tracks ready on one device for the event.
