We’ve just completed our first 6 weeks of our Primary Schools workshop programme with pupils from two local state-primary school. Each week the year 5’s from Bevington Primary School and St Peter’s C of E Primary School visit the Rhythm Studio and learn to play drums, guitar, sing and make music using GarageBand on iPads. They’ve been super busy. So far the bands have been working on Say So by Doja Cat and Watermelon Sugar by Harry Styles whilst the music producers have been working on making songs, writing lyrics and adding drums to their tracks.
The sessions are delivered at a fraction of the real cost due to support from John Lyon’s Charity and other funders of The Rhythm Studio Foundation as well as in-kind support from The Rhythm Studio.
