We may share your information with selected third parties including The Rhythm Studio teachers, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the fulfilment of any arrangement or contract we enter into with them or you.  When we share your information with a third party processor, the same data protection standards that we uphold are imposed on the processor. 

We will not disclose your information to any third party for direct marketing purposes.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms & conditions of service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Rhythm Studio, The Rhythm Studio Foundation, our students, or others.

The transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
